Flowers are perishable so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, wilted, wrong or incomplete, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace, redeliver or fairly remedy it per our Terms & Conditions and the Consumer Protection Act 2012.
